- Basic Search:
NOTE: You can search units by topic, name of the person or organization that created the unit, grade level, curriculum, subject area (e.g., "science"), OR any combination of these.
- Enter search terms in search field
- Click on the "Search" button to the right. You will receive a list of all those Inquiry Units that fit the parameters of your search.
- (Optional:) Change the order of your “Search” results by clicking on the appropriate button at the top of the results page. Choose from: “Order by Spin-off”, “Order by Author (A-Z)”, “Order by Author (Z-A)”, “Order by Date (Newest first)”, or “Order by Date (Oldest first)”.
- To view a specific unit from the “Search” results, click on the “View” button to the left of the desired unit.
- Advanced Search:
NOTE: Use this in order to specifically identify units by subject area, grade level, and partner project and to choose the units' display order.
- Click on the "Advanced Search" button, which is below the “Search” field.
- If you are looking for a specific unit:
- Type a keyword such as the author’s name or email address into the search field.
- Check the box next to each field that offers the terms by which you want to limit your search, and hit the “Search” button.
- If you are not looking for a specific unit, but only units concerning a specific subject area, grade level, and/or partner project, you do not need to type anything into the “Search” field.
- Check the box next to each field that offers the terms by which you want to limit your search, and hit the “Search” button. You will receive a list of all those Inquiry Units that match your search.
- To view a specific unit from the “Search” results, click on the “View” button to the left of the desired unit.
You can also browse all of the units.
