How to Change Your Member Profile (#4)

In this Tutorial you will learn how to:


Step 1

Once you have logged in (see tutorial #2), you will be able to see the words "My Profile" in the upper right hand corner of any Inquiry web page.

NOTE: If viewing an Inquiry Unit, the words are in the upper left corner

Find and click on the words "My Profile".

Step 2

You are now at the point where you can change your profile. The same form you filled out when becoming a member automatically appears on the screen.

A. Fill in or update any of the fields, keeping in mind that the required fields (marked with red asterisks) must remain filled in.

B. If you wish to change your password, use a password that is easy for you to remember. (In the case of a forgotten password, there is a function on the Inquiry Log-in page that will remind you almost immediately.)

C. If you wish to unsubscribe from any of the mailing lists, simply unclick the box to the left of the list(s) from which you wish to be removed. Once you submit the form you will be automatically removed from the list(s).

D. Look over the information to make sure it is correct. If not, you can scroll down and click the "Reset" button for a clean form or simply individually edit the field that needs to be corrected.

E. Scroll down and click on the "Submit" button.

F. A page will automatically appear telling you that you've successfully changed your profile.
