How to Retrieve a Lost Password (#3)

In this Tutorial you will learn how to:

• Retrieve a lost password via email
• NOTE: If you see a word in Bold type , then you should perform that task.

Step 1

If you are not logged in, you will be able to see the words "Log-in" in the upper right-hand corner of the page.

NOTE: If viewing an Inquiry Unit, the words are in the upper left corner

Find and click on the words "Log-in". You are now at a page called "Log-in as Member". Under the log-in boxes is an additional box preceded by the words: "Forgot your password? We will email your password."

Step 2

Type your Username (your email address) into this box and click on "Submit". Your password will be sent to the email address you entered almost immediately.
